How do I return?

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • They must not be tried on, worn or open/unwrapped
  • They must be In the original packaging
  • For all wrong/defective items received & arrived damaged-in-transit return requests, a customer must notify Wachoria staff about the shipment issue or an error with his/her order within the 48-hour window after receiving the delivery to avoid the automatic return rejection.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WATCHES, JEWELRY & BAGS.

Free gifts or promotional items (e.g. Coupons codes etc) are NOT returnable. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns.  Return requests due to the products size issues will not be accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping with a trackable carrier 
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to buyer's remorse returns only
  • Custom fees, shipping charges, both inbound and outbound, and VAT etc are not refundable

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
