Return Policy

All returns are subject to approval by Wachoria staff. All return requests must be processed through our website's Return Center.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days from date of receipt. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WATCHES, JEWELRY & BAGS. We apologize for the inconvenience. All products must be returned in new and unused condition. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product; and the product must not have been open, altered, tried on or worn.  Returns should be sent with a copy of the original invoice, for proper credit. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns. A return tracking information will be required. Custom fees, shipping charges & VAT etc are not refundable

Returns that do not meet our policy will be rufused and sent back to the client at their cost. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. For all wrong/defective items received & arrived damaged-in-transit return requests, a customer must notify Wachoria staff about the shipment issue or an error with his/her order within the 48-hour window after receiving the delivery to avoid the automatic return rejection.

All SALE & PROMOTIONAL items (e.g. Coupons codes etc) are final sales and not eligible for return. Returns due to the products size issue will not be accepted. Please inquire our staff about the correct size before making a purchase on our site. We apologize for the  inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we will not accept returns for items shipped outside of the United States.
